I am 10 pounds away from my first goal (199)... I am going to increase my workouts, and keep my food about the same...i would like to be 195 (or less) by thanksgiving... so thats 15 pounds in 2 months, which is totally doable, with some good old fashion hard work...
My bf keeps saying he's gonna join me in a LC WOE (he will be doing it his own way, rather than following a specific plan.. i need more rigid programs for success), but he buys bread and cookies this weekend! LOL... always tempting me, but never successful.. He is impressed with my 16 pound weightloss this month, so...
