Thursday - Oct 9

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs bacon

Lunch: turkey patty, cauliflower
snack: yogurt and flax
Dinner: ground beef and coleslaw

2. Type of Exercise: pilates and yoga
Amount of time: too long lol

3. Ounces of Water: tons...way more than 64
Ounces of Other___

4. Supplements (Y) __x__ (N)____

Successes or Struggles for today: had to force the exercise today, but i enjoyed the pilates (the yoga not so much)

BLAST!

The scale is playing a major joke on me! Thats one thing i know for sure. I eat clean, am exercising something like 5 or 6 days a week and that sucker either sits at 209 or moves up! WTH?!? So i'm going to try cutting out dairy for a couple of weeks and see if that helps and eat more simply (more out of laziness than anything else really). No more baking until thanksgiving more than likely, and i'm gonna change up the exercise from mostly cardio to some cardio, some pilates and maybe even some yoga (plus the push up challenge)... I dunno what more i can do at this point... so maybe shaking things...

Exercise

My TFF (chicknlittle) has inspired me to workout. Got in 35 mins today. Tomorrow I have day 2 of the pushup challenge, and will prolly get another 30 min of the gazelle... taking thursday off... then friday more pushups and gazelle or video... Not sure about the weekend yet.. but i have a plan people! I am officially joining a thanksgiving challenge (on another site) and the first weigh in is tomorrow. So... there's no backing down now!

Thanksgiving Challenge

8 weeks till THANKSGIVING!!!! OMG... i have told my family about my new WOE, and I am challenging myself these next 8 weeks to ensure that they (and I) are in for a nice surprise when they see me.

Goal: Onederland (hopefully 195)

I hope to acheive this by working out 4 times a week for 30 mins. I will continue to eat clean and really push myself. 100% everyday!

So here I go!!!

I Chantyl promise to try my best to follow my chosen food plan 100% for the number of days I have stated. I will eat only the foods from my list, I will exercise, I will drink the amount of water that is appropriate for my weight and I will take the supplements I have chosen. I will be honest with my entries.

1. I am eating on the Atkins plan.

2. I will exercise at least 30 minutes 4 days this week.

3. I will drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.

4. I will take the following supplements each day multi, calcium, fish oil, VCO....
