Going crazy

I have been obsessing about the Kimkins scandal for about a week now. And do you know why? Because had i been on this site years ago, i would have been on the Kimkins diet. I still read her old posts and think "well maybe if i do it for a month, then stop..." lol... i think thats what fat people want... quick weightloss. And having lost 20 pounds in 6.5 weeks, i should be so satisfied with that speed lol. But lately, i've been a slave to my scale. I've been obssessed with trying new variations on my diet (no dairy, m/e, # of servings of veggies, more or less fat, etc). Its kind of ridiculous.

so i'm trying to step away from the craziness, and remember that this is my new WOL. I don't know how to stop living by the number on the scale. Its been such an important tool for me. I mean 20#. But i guess, i will really need to move that sucker out of the bathroom. Maybe i should put it in the kitchen, and i'll be more prone to eat less LOL... i think i'm going nuts!
