paradigm shift

the hardest thing for me to grasp is this eat until ur satisfied idea. its so funny cuz when i used to eat low fat (lost a lot of weight doing that), i was always hungry. I never really felt satisfied. Well today i felt myself slipping back in that frame of mind. Then a lightbulb went off and i said, ok i just drank water, its hunger not thirst...EAT! so i had two turkey sausage breakfast patties and bam i felt better. It really is a paradigm shift for me, because normally i would eat some low fat junk that wouldnt fill me and i'd feel like i just wasted calories. So now, i'm going, hey have some meat or eggs or veggies, just stop when ur satisfied...and it works.... i keep getting scared that my exercise is making me hungrier, but i mean if i'm hungry, i can't starve, not on the WOE. so i guess i'm just babbling, but it sure felt nice to satisfy my hunger...

I did ww core and it taught me that too, chew then pause....before I was just shoveling the food in
