Tuesday - Sept 30

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Prebreakfast, gym snack: Cheese stick and nuts (figured fat was a good idea)
Breakfast: pumpkin breakfast bake (yummy) and tea

Lunch: last piece of whitecastle pie
Snack: nuts and a little cream cheese

Dinner: grilled chicken salad with homemade dressing...

2. Type of Exercise: Recumbent Bike (25 min) & Treadmill (30 min)
Amount of time: 50 min

3.Ounces of Water 64
Ounces of Other___

4. Supplements (Y) _x_ (N)____

Successes or Struggles for today: tooth ache and stress about money is consuming my thoughts today...my cell phone is acting up, and i don't like having that issue while my sister is in the hospital... on a good note, i went to the gym and it was a pretty good workout...
