Finally a day to relax We played family baseball yesterday even though it was cold here. It was still fun. Hopefully the winds will go away and I can get back to walking

Going to a party this afternoon where there will be bbq and lots of music. Our weather is not so good so hopefully it wont rain on us? Rain is rare for our area so maybe I'll catch a break.

I am getting excited. I am down another lb to 170.5 The 160's are so close.

Also I am no longer in the red zone on fit day which means I am no longer in the severe overweight ever again

DD 11 has a TV interview this AM where she will also sing

Yea another 1/2 lb gone. Scale holding at 171.5 Wont be able to walk due to 45 mi hour winds again. We always get wind in the desert but this year has been ridiculous I guess I will get some more heavy housework done instead.
