Man yesterday was a real workout. I spent 6 hrs spring cleaning our sun room. I must have done alot because the scale is down another lb to 166

Also I picked up our weight bench so as soon as its all set up I will start lifting I want to really tone everything up.

Tons of stuff to do today

Scale down another lb putting me at 167.

45 mile an hr winds yesterday so no walk but managed to not stop moving all day. Today I have a huge sun room to clean so lots of exercise.

I am proud of myself. I no longer make excuses not to walk but instead find ways to make sure I have time to walk. I think I do it more for stress relief than anything.

Yesterday 1.5 miles

Today scale down another 1/2 lb making it 51 lbs gone for good.

Got another 2.5 miles in yesterday and the scale finally moved to 168.5

I have lots of running around to do today so walking is a maybe

Good grief way too much sodium yesterday. My everything is swollen this AM: So tons of water for me today. Hopefully a good walk will make me sweat it out

Yesterday was tons of fun. Walked 2 miles and played ball After i take kids to school I will go for 3 miles this AM
