DD left for WA today so I am kind of sad.
Got lots of running to do today so I will have to get an early start.

DD is starring in the school musical tonight and then leaving for WA state afterwards so a very busy day for me.

I think I will wait one more day to lift again. Started benching at 40 plus the bar (55 total) 5 sets 8 each time but I think I may go down to 45 total so I can get more reps in each set.

Woke up this AM at 163.5 so another 1/2 lb gone
Started lifting weights yesterday so I will keep trying to lift 3x a week
Got some personal stuff goin on with the fam thats not makin me to happy but I'll deal with it

Woke up this AM at 164 which means I already passed June's goal of 165. Everything else I lose this month is a bonus
Today is family baseball day so lots of fun and exercise

Meek I have no idea how mant cals I eat a day. I just eat when I am hungry and eat LC food. I stopped tracking everything a while back because it was just something else to stress on. I didnt start losing this fast until I really upped the exercise.
