Yesterday I really upped my game and walked about 5 miles It paid off. Scale down another 1/2 lb to 172 which is 47 lbs gone forever Cant wait to be a proud member of the 50lb club

Got another 2 miles in, in under 25 min again Scale down another 1/2 lb today to 172.5 I can feel the 160's a comin Even if I dont get there this month May has been a pretty good month for weight loss for me.

Finally all of the bloat seems to be gone and I am down another lb to 173 I couldnt find any of my shorts yesterday so I decided to give 14 yr old sons shorts a try and they fit no prob They are XL in Jrs. I will never get sick of everyone I know telling me how skinny I am getting even though I still have a ways to go
Its going to be real hot here today so I will have to walk early

Well I think I found the veggie that stalls me. Broccoli I left it alone for awhile and things were fine. I brought it back and even with all of my exercise and clean eating still 174. It also makes me feel bloated I did walk 2 miles in under 25 min yesterday. I guess its time to up the distance again. I am going to try and add another 1/2 mile in there today.

Couldnt walk yesterday because of high winds. Then ate ham for lunch and today I am so bloated. I think I retained all of the water I drank yesterday I will just drink a ton of water today to get rid of all of it.
