This is the week before TOM and scale jumped up 2lbs so I will quit weighing until next month I can already feel the water retention and bloat. Chemo with DB starts again today and tons of other stuff this week so this will be a rough one again.

Went out with my niece last night. We had lots of fun. Went off plan a little, but no big deal. I am going to bbq some ribs tonight w lc sauce. If these stupid high winds would go away I would go out walking. We'll see later.

Yep the scale moved again to 180.5 so another 1/2 lb gone. Only 1 lb to hit my goal for April C'mon 170's. Tomorrow is DS Bday. He will be 14 WOW where does time go

Finally the scale moved to 181 making it 38 lbs lost for good. I went out walking and went way over my usual mile and it felt great. Definitely gonna do it again today I got 2 weeks to hit the 170's this month One of those weeks is the week before TOM so I dont know if I will see it but the good thing is I finally got off my butt and started exercising again I know I am losing inches because I lost my shorts while walking Thank god for a long shirt

Not much going on. Gonna go for a walk after I take kids to school
If the scale doesnt move soon I think I will go to meat and eggs for a few days to try and jump start things.
