Not much going on except Dr appt with brother. I am still sore and am getting frustrated because I need to walk. Somehow this evening I will force the muscles to go even if its just for a mile.

Well baseball didnt go so great this time. I tore a muscle in my leg so I didnt get the exercise I hoped to in. Next time I will walk to the park and meet everyone there so I really stretch my muscles out first. But all in all we had a great time with the family.

I finally got into the jeans my niece gave me yesterday. They are 29/30 waist..WOW aint seen these sizes in boo coo years. When she gave them to me a month ago I couldnt even get them on so this is amazing to me
Also today is family baseball day. I cant wait to go run with the kids.

This is soooo coooool I went out for a long walk yesterday and then walked another mile on City Walk when I took DB to work and the scale is down to 175.5. I can feel the 160's a comin 43.5 lbs gone forever. Cant wait to play baseball again tomorrow

Wow this feels soooo good. Scale down to 176.5. This is 42.5 pounds gone for good. Yep gonna work my butt off this month to see the 160's
