Had a fun weekend. Didnt eat on plan too much so I am back to induction levels to get back in ketosis. Havent been walking because its too darn hot here. I will have to try to start walking in the evenings when its cooler.

I'm having a hard time with ketosis...understanding how long it will take, what to eat, how much...etc! I'm following the Dr.Bernstein diet, and they allow fruit, but just read that the fruit I'm allowed to have is about 10 carbs per serving...Any info for me?
