Didnt post yesterday due to not feeling so well after grad parties
Everything going good. Just sent my pic into weight view to see what I will look like when I lose another 20 lbs

Another crazy day for me. Alot of the neighborhood kids are graduating today so I will be spread thin trying to make all of their parties.

Glad to see everyone is back and doing fine

Yesterday I got in 3 miles in under 40 min plus played frisby for over an hour with the kids so lots of exercise for me

Still bloated and feeling yukky. Once again I have to run all day. I hate weeks like this.

Yesterday was fun. I fried a ton of chicken for everyone and then ate some I figuered I deserved a treat at the 50 lb mark TOM here so wont weigh for a couple of days. Amazingly I am not real bloated of crampy this month Got lots of running around to do today so everyone enjoy your day.

Finally a day to relax We played family baseball yesterday even though it was cold here. It was still fun. Hopefully the winds will go away and I can get back to walking
