Couldnt walk yesterday because of high winds. Then ate ham for lunch and today I am so bloated. I think I retained all of the water I drank yesterday I will just drink a ton of water today to get rid of all of it.

That totally sucks! What kind of ham was it? I eat lean hams by Hormell or other brands with very low sodium and fat and don't get bloated. It may be worth a look into. My problem is diet coke! I don't get bloated from it, but last week I retained some water and I think it was from that!!!

Water retention One of the worse things to endure. You are doing great though. I am sure it will get some relief today.

The walking weather hasnt been the greatest (rain, wind, etc), but I did manage to tough it out today.

I hope you enjoyed your day off.....how much to you walk? I've gone to the mall to walk in the winter.......is that an option for you?
