We are going to the park for a family game of baseball. I cant wait to play. If someone would have asked me 4 mos ago I would of had every excuse in the book as to why I couldnt play. I love exercise and can now run again. I feel so young again. Who knew that 41 lbs could make such a huge difference in so many aspects.

If you go to the supermarket I bet you'll have a hard time lifting 40# of potatoes !! 40# is HUGE !! You should be very proud of yourself !! Enjoy the game !!

Thanks for the comment on my blog- once I've had a drink I find it really difficult to stop at one or two drinks, and then think oh well, I've already messed up, might as well have x y and z too.. I'm working on it lol. |
