Best Friend came in from WA yesterday who hadnt seen me since I weighed 219. She couldnt stop telling me how skinny I was.
Even though I still have at least 33 lbs more to go it still felt great. Everywhere I go people are really starting to notice
To me this is the best motivation of all.
