Scale went back to 187 this AM 
Man how I hate that number. I have seen that number so many times that I want to scream. If that number doesnt go away for good after TOM I will blow up the scale
Maybe I will just weigh the dog for a week instead of me since I like his weight of 111 better. Everyone have a great weekend
