Training day

P90x Week 11 Round 2 Day 71 Get Your Shred On II Day 21 of 40
I started of the morning with 3 miles of walk to run training. Then it was
time for P90x Chest, Back and Ab Ripper

Chest and back is a two round workout …..you complete the routine and you do it again expect the order changes
Standard Push-ups
Wide Front Pull-ups
Military Push-ups
Reverse Grip Chin-ups
Wide Fly Push-Ups (a.k.a. Wide Grip Push-ups)
Closed Grip Overhand Pull-ups
Decline Push-ups
Heavy Pants it is a like a two Dumbbell Row
Diamond Push-ups
Lawnmower thin one arm Dumbbell Row
Dive Bomber Push-up
Back Fly
Then It was time to blast my abs
Ab Ripper X
In & Out
Seated Bicycle
Seated Crunchy Frog
Wide Leg Sit-ups
Fifer Scissor
Hip Rock n' Raise
Pulse Up
Roll-up/V-up Combo
Oblique V-up
Leg Climb
Mason Twist

and I ended the journey with ten minute trainer abs



and since you can never out train a bad nutritional plan, at least that is
the word on the street. I am eating according to plan
