back in a normal life... just...

gosh what a week...
we are in the middle of house selling/bying and i never excepted it so stressfull! i had one week without ANY time for sport, except cycling and running around for shopping and meetings...

finaly we had an offer for our flat and got our dream house for a bargain price (seller are very keen to sell), iam sooo happy and iam looking forward for renovating the new place. we also planed a 1-2 weeks summer holiday end of august or begin of september, thats a good motivation for me to finaly get my beachbody i always dreamed of. the new house is 5 minutes walk...

lost inches!

iam so happy, this morning i used the scale (forgot about, was still sleeeepy...), well an other 0.5 " is gone but i just realised that i do look much slimer and i used my tabe-measure:

i lost 2.5 " just around waist, belly and hips. i measured out the rest of my body and will keep track on that!


Lost Inches:

upper arm: - (11)
bust: - (36.5)
waist: 33 (32.5)
belly: 38 (36.5)
hips: 39 (38)
thigh: - (24)

looking forward for more sport, iam addicted to turbo jam!

did a lots of sport and a big house clean but now iam very tired and the only thing i want is a relaxing glass of wine and a cup of pasta (deserve it!)

workout:

20 min turbo jam
10 min fat blast
40 min turbo sculpt
10 min weights for my back/arms
20 min pilates

Total= 100 min.

food:

egg cream with blueberries and pear
bbq chicken wings
pesto/bacon wholemeal pasta
1 glass of wine
lots of water and ginger tea


Total: 1856
Fat: ...

had no internet for couple of days but i was a very good girl and did a lots of workouts.

i can definitly see a change in my body so i try to avoid the scale as it just makes me depressiv when the weight goes up and down...

iam doing a lots of TJ at the moment and try to mix muscle training with cardio and yoga/pilates every day.

it will pay out, i know that!!!
