back in a normal life... just...

gosh what a week...
we are in the middle of house selling/bying and i never excepted it so stressfull! i had one week without ANY time for sport, except cycling and running around for shopping and meetings...
finaly we had an offer for our flat and got our dream house for a bargain price (seller are very keen to sell), iam sooo happy and iam looking forward for renovating the new place. we also planed a 1-2 weeks summer holiday end of august or begin of september, thats a good motivation for me to finaly get my beachbody i always dreamed of. the new house is 5 minutes walk from my gym
i was eating out of plan during this weeka s we had to eat oftly out or living from the cornershop, but due all this stress i eated less than with low carb and think iam still going down!
jesterday was my first day back and a good start, i just had protein shake for breakfast, fish and salad for lunch and sashimi and salad for diner.
i restarted my dialy turbo jam, but i was k.o. after just 20 minutes... well iam in switzerland at the moment and it is very hot here, so no wounder!
better go more workout is waiting me!
