i ha*** monday!

i was sooo looking forward to that weekend and to monday and now iam sitting here, tired, hungovered and very depressed!
i gained again all the weight back i lost during the last week. its a game iam playing now since over a months and i really have enough!
o.k. i had a couple of more drinks than during the week and yesterday i was eating some carbs, but friday and saturday i was eating very healthly and most food was just salads with protein. i did a big bike tour in the richmond park and rest of the time i was working. the only relaxing time i had jesterday in the pub, see how man untd. wins
what is wrong with me...
is it really beacuse i need my dialy 1.5h of sport, so iam not allowed to take 1 day of!?
or is it beacuse i write all my food to my fitday account during the week, but i cant hardly do that on weekends as we eat out most of the time!
next saturday and sunday: strictly low carb
this week: egg cream and salad diet
sport: same as last week but some extra cycling and maybe golf
good that iam not so busy this week, just have a client today and rest of the week is a lots of computer work i can do around my sport.
