good day, good mood, good weather!

did a lots of sport and was not very hungry, just realised i had a bit too much carbs as my protein bar after the gym was not low carb, and i had two small beers, but hey after 2h working out, should be o.k.


grams cals %total

Fat: 93 835 46%
Carbs: 69 255 14%
Protein: 106 426 23%
Alcohol: 43 303 17%



food:

egg cream
protein bar
big salad with chicken, bacon, avocado...

drinks:

lots of water
2 small beers
small glass of wine

sport:
1/2h wii fit
1/2h abs workout (TJ)
1h gym (running, swimming, workout arms/back)


cant wait to see wat the scale says tomorrow
