So I am back doing the low carb diet. It is literally the only way the helps me lose weight. I stopped before (completely) as I was pregnant and got worried about hurting the baby. Well, the baby is now 5 months old and I have 20 lbs still to loose to get back to my weight before I got pregnant with him. Someday I would like to see the south side of 200 pounds again. I can't believe I used to weight 150 and thought i was horribly obese. These past few years have shown me what that really means. I started again just a few days ago but I'm already down 4.0 pounds.
