I was on a low carb diet around this time last year and went from 220lbs to 190 in a few months, then gave up partly because I plateued and couldn't seem to shift anymore weight, but mostly because I was drinking too much alcohol and didn't want to stop...
All of my friends go out drinking- it's basically the only thing they do and I stopped going out with them (I can't stand being around people drinking when I'm not) and got depressed because I was on my own most of the time.... and so started drinking again, then decided to stop and start induction, and drink again two days in, etc etc...
