How am I doing?

Well, I guess I'll start a blog to track my weight lifting mostly.
I'm a member of the Support Unlimited and the Weightlifting Challenges. I'm thankful for the support I get from them both. But I'll use this to keep track of the little details.
A little about me.
I lost 90 pounds in six months eating at induction level carbs four years ago. I didn't start really exercising until I weighed about 270. I started lifting the Max-OT program and gained some strength. I also gained an interest in amateur strongman contests. We have a great group of guys here in the mid-west and I've learned alot while having a great time.
Since then I gained it all back and then some. Earlier this year I weighed 376 pounds when I weighed in for a contest. I think that has to be my all time highest weight. In June at a contest I weighed 369. I got serious and started eating induction level carbs again and four weeks later at last weekends contest I weighed 352, a 17 pound loss. Not too bad.
This time around I'd like to lift weights while eating induction level carbs or at least nearly induction levels. I'd like to get back down to around 250 lbs but be a bit leaner if I can.
I went to the exrx site and chose the three day split from their templates. I'll add in event work if it fits what I'm doing for the exercise ie: military presses may be either axle overhead presses or 10 inch steel log presses. So if you see a variation in the work done that's the reason why.
I'll post my exercise choices in my next post.
