I've been a bad girl. but......

I'm back on track. Got my birthday and my Disney trip out of the way, so there shouldn't be any more obstacles. I've been under such stress for the last 2 months, I couldn't deal with everything. So the diet was on hold. OMG... I felt so awful--all bloated and headachy. After 5 days back on again, I've lost a couple of pounds and already feel better. I'm a stress eater, so I've got to rely on other ways to deal with it than food.

Rather than get discouraged by the total amount I want to lose, I think I'll focus on mini-goals--10 pound increments. Losing is such a struggle this time around, I hope this will help.
