Gettin' the Groove Back

Well, I'm halfway through Day 4 of being back on plan. Monday was the worst day in terms of cravings, by Tuesday I wasn't even thinking about cheating anymore. I had already lost over a pound by Tuesday, but then decided not to weigh anymore until next week because of my TOM starting.
I never really felt a significant carb withdrawel, maybe a little tired the last few days and felt a little clammy last night, but I don't know if that was carb withdrawel or my TOM. Doesn't really matter, I suppose.
I set a goal to lose 5 pounds by my birthday, which is April 9th. I know I'll lose more than that if I stick to my guns, but I wanted to stay realistic as well. Feeling a little tired right now, might take a little nap while the baby is still napping!
