Argh! I need to find a way to make better progress. I know I do little things to sabotage my diet. For instance, I've had "weak" moments at least once a week, where I'll have an excess of something I shouldn't have. I've had too many: nuts, Atkins bars, sugar free pudding, beer and even a binge one time on Zone bars and a sandwich for dinner that night (although I did bypass the fries).
I'm going to try to enter everything onto Fitday from here on out. I'm going to try to be "good" even when my husband doesn't want to be good, and I'll try not to give in to his occasional peer pressure moments.
