omgosh..i am craving a nice milky coffee. I have had a chai, and i even went for a strawberry milk, but still nothing satisfies as much as a nice cold, or steaming hot coffee. I just have to keep reminding myself that this is for our baby. I had a look yesterday at the coffee I drink and 1 bottle has the equivalent of 3 cups of coffee in it...grrr Im suppose to have a maximum of 3 per day, including any caffeine from chocolate or tea. (not that i eat much chocolate) but wow! Though honestly I look at so many pregnant women around me who gorge on chocolate, coffee, and softdrink..and wonder y Im...

well I dont know if i have put it on here before or not, but my hubby and i are trying for a baby. We have wanted one for so many years, but due to medical reasons, instability with us and various other things, we havent really had a chance. well this month is our first real go at it, and i should ovulate tomorrow. Im so excited, and so anxious. We have spent the last few years getting so depressed and upset about not having our own baby, when everyone around us has had them (and a lot unplanned and unwanted) that it has really gotten to us. well im still plodding along, not gaining, not losing, just sticking..lol I spend so much time lurking on the boards, I really need to get in there and start posting. oh well.

Im in superwoman mode at the moment. My husband and I have been getting so lazy, we rarely cook, rarely clean, and dont do much more than sit on our butts, read or watch tv. I need to find motivation again. So I have been searching the net, making plans...and yeah making too many plans and not actually doing anything. I remember a few years ago, I was crazy, I spent all my time doing 'something'. my house...

1st of July...still no where

well i slipped up for two weeks, I started putting weight on for an unknown reason (though i think LC cheesecakes played a big part) so picking myself up and cleaning up my plate.

today i did have mug of coffee milk, but had eggs and bacon for breaky, chicken and veg for lunch and stacks of water. so here we go again

Breakthru!!

Yep u heard it right...I have broken through the 2.5 year barrier, in 1 week i have gone from 126.8 down to 119.5.., thats 7.2kg in a week, or 15.8lbs in a week.yey I rock!! This is my lowest weight in over two whole years, and the longest I had stayed on plan also, with still no want to quit. I know I cant pull the same number again this week, but I am well on my way to below the 100's. Today, hubby is finally pulling my treadmill out for me, so will be adding in exercise, and I will be trying to cut out any not real lowcarb foods for the week. i dont want to go too crazy though, I still want...
