Breakthru!!

Yep u heard it right...I have broken through the 2.5 year barrier, in 1 week i have gone from 126.8 down to 119.5.., thats 7.2kg in a week, or 15.8lbs in a week.yey I rock!! This is my lowest weight in over two whole years, and the longest I had stayed on plan also, with still no want to quit. I know I cant pull the same number again this week, but I am well on my way to below the 100's. Today, hubby is finally pulling my treadmill out for me, so will be adding in exercise, and I will be trying to cut out any not real lowcarb foods for the week. i dont want to go too crazy though, I still want to keep it abit lax, and control my over the top tendancies..
