Reasons

ok my reasons for changing my lifestyle
1. I want to feel like me again. I dont recognise the person in the mirror anymore. When i see my arms I wonder who owns them, they look way too big to be mine. I miss my high cheekbones and face. My face is too chubby now, i cant see the face i know.
2. I want to feel fit again. I miss being able to walk for hours, i miss being able to run without pain. I have somehow damaged my foot, and it wont heal. my bones ache, i cant sleep comfortably at night from the pressure on my bones, or feeling like im being suffocated by my chest. My circulation is really really bad, I constantly get pins and needles.
3. I want to shop in normal stores. i want to grab a shirt, a pair of jeans, a dress and be like most of the population. I want to pay $25 for a cute shirt and not $50 for a so-so ugly one. i miss dressing up.
4. I want to wear heels again. its way too much pressure on my feet to wear them now. I love shoes, i love my high high stilettos and massive platforms.
5. I want to be healthy. I want to live a long active life
6. I want healthy children. I want to be a good role model for them. I dont want them to be overweight kids like i was. Its one of my biggest fears about becoming a parent. I dont want my kids following in my footstep. I want them to have a healthy relationship with food, and be active in the school grounds.
7. I want a healthy strong relationship with my husband without the constant issue of our weight. I want our lives not to revolve around what we can and cant do because of our weight. I want us to go swimming, hiking, riding, running, etc and not think about our bodies and the capabilities. I want a life together.

Your reasons are UNIVERSAL!!!! I have those same reasons and I hope that you are able to maintain your determination to see these reasons become realities. I wish you all the success you deserve for yourself and your family.
