So close

So close,doesn't it seem when you are really close to your first goal your body just likes to play with you what a meanie!

I've lost 13lbs since my baby left and have 20 to go and im going to do it!He was talking about how i like my rings today! I hope i get a big surprise soon!

He really is my world.I don't know what i'd do without that man.He really keeps me on task.

I love him.

BBQ today i kinda splurged on a few cheese puffs but i checked ketosis and was in a dark purple.I unfortunetly didn't take my coconut oil...

I woke up feeling really sick this morning with a bloated belly and some nausea no idea.Maybe TOM issue considering i've had it for 3MONTHS!

I woke up early which was nice and my mom wanted to play DDR.I got a massive headache and chugged 32oz of water faster then i could ever imagine.Now all the water i have drank today is sitting in my stomach.boo.

I am not even going to list my foods because i snacked a lot but i promise i was at 20carbs!I started putting them into fitday which i like!Its awesome.

I need to really stick to having Breakfast,Lunch...

So i've had a very hard time staying on induction these sugar cravings are getting the best of me.I hate it!

I am going to try really hard to eat clean today.I think i would of literally ate my dog yesterday if he even had a drop of sugar on him.So i decided im going to limit my sugars,slowly of course.I've gone one packet down on my coffee and started taking Liquid CLA again because its nasty and i can't even eat when i take it because its so gross hahah.I've finished off my Cola Zero so no more for me.Water & sugar free juices (limited to one cup a day).I'm going to *try*

I notice that the first few days of induction im starving.I already feel a little better and my bloated belly is gone!

Menu today:

B-Fried egg with pepperoni
S1-Shake
D-Stuffed Jalapenos with a salad
S2-Atkins bar

So hungry!

Workout
30mins of cardio
20reps calf raises,tricep extensions,squats,thigh presses,bicep curls (each arms) all with 10lb weight.
100 sit ups.

My fiance came home on leave and i just fell out and gained 20lbs in 40days.I am not too depressed because i did enjoy it.But i am really happy to start Low carb again!

I am seriously depressed because he left but i am definately keeping on track and looking even better this time at the airport because the look on his face was priceless this time! He was shy to look at me,it was adorable.

I will tracking all the food im eating!
Any corrections or comments would be greatly appreciated
