All or nothing!

So i've had a very hard time staying on induction these sugar cravings are getting the best of me.I hate it!

I am going to try really hard to eat clean today.I think i would of literally ate my dog yesterday if he even had a drop of sugar on him.So i decided im going to limit my sugars,slowly of course.I've gone one packet down on my coffee and started taking Liquid CLA again because its nasty and i can't even eat when i take it because its so gross hahah.I've finished off my Cola Zero so no more for me.Water & sugar free juices (limited to one cup a day).I'm going to *try* to up my water intake but i don't want to feel like a balloon.

Menu is as follows i would love some input

B-Half cup of coffee/Atkins shake
L-Shake
D-Ginger-Lime Shrimp my own recipes
and a salad

Workout:
40Mins Bike(morning)
Weights(night)

Water intake:
ATLEAST 42 oz

Im off to exercise

To cool the old cravings, I like using sugar free Kool-Aid and then munch on sunflower seeds. Not foot proof, but it helps me get through the day.

Hang in there! The first three to four days are always the worst (at least for me).

So why all the shakes? There are so many filling legal foods that unless it it totally necessary I would try to eat foods instead of the shakes. i can remember people saying the shakes stalled their loses too. Not knocking you I promise I am just curious.

My honest opinion is that you should be eating more food. Shrimp and a salad are the only real food you are eating all day? Is there a reason why you cut the food back so far?
