I notice that the first few days of induction im starving.I already feel a little better and my bloated belly is gone!

Menu today:

B-Fried egg with pepperoni
S1-Shake
D-Stuffed Jalapenos with a salad
S2-Atkins bar

So hungry!

Workout
30mins of cardio
20reps calf raises,tricep extensions,squats,thigh presses,bicep curls (each arms) all with 10lb weight.
100 sit ups.

I'm trying to start working out slowly because i haven't in a long time and i don't want to pull anything.Before I regained weight i easily did double that

This is going to be a great induction
