Posted 01-04-2009 at 03:15 AM by Armystolehim04
My fiance came home on leave and i just fell out and gained 20lbs in 40days.I am not too depressed because i did enjoy it.But i am really happy to start Low carb again!
I am seriously depressed because he left but i am definately keeping on track and looking even better this time at the airport because the look on his face was priceless this time! He was shy to look at me,it was adorable.
I will tracking all the food im eating!
Any corrections or comments would be greatly appreciated

I gained about 15 lbs and enjoyed every bit of food too over the holidays.
My suggestion is to get back on induction. Did that over the past two days and had a nice drop. Good luck to you in 2009. |

Funny how love lets our guards down and we can easily gain weight isn't it. I am sure that every pound was worth it to spend time with im and be care free. But now that he is gone it is not a time for you to be depressed it is a time for you to be determined! You can work those 20lbs and off and a few more if you set your mind to it. It will give you something to focus on until it is time for him to come home again. I have read many inspirational stories abut women who worked hard and ate right while the hubby's were off in the military and did not even mention losing weight to them while they were apart. Then they surprised them when they came home. It is always touching to read about those people. Instead of letting a situation that could bring their spirits down get to them, they took control and focused on being a new healthy person for their partners. This can be you!
And remember even when he is gone you still have your LCF friends here to cheer you and or even comfort you when your lonely! We want to see you succeed! We're here to help! |
