Tomorrow I start Phase 1 of the South Beach diet, and yesterday I did my first hour of Callanetics (10/10). I've been eating healthier and trying to be more active for about a month now, and I've lost 5 pounds of the 15 I gained over the last year and a half. I want to lose 15 more (or so - 10 would be okay too). I'm going to use this space to record my daily exercise and to mark progress in my journey.
