Total side note: Yay me! I've been having trouble with my undereye concealer and found the best so far--Bobbi Brown. Love it! I had been noticing that my previous concealer would get very cakey and icky. I'm so happy with my purchase so far and hope I don't break out. It took me so long to get my face to clear up that I'm always worried about that now.

Last night, I had two cups of dinner but still managed to find room for some Hershey Kisses and Nilla Wafers. Aagh! On to the next day.

I've decided to not post the amounts because, well I'm lazy.

Hmm...not the best day for the nutrients. I really should not have more than one latte' per day, but I can usually get away with it a couple of times a week...

Well, after thinking about it for a while I decided to start this whole blog thing and see how it goes...Maybe it will keep me accountable? I'm hoping I care enough about having to journal what I eat that I'll think a little bit more.

I am planning on eating a modified Zone diet, as I have been eating that way for years and like it. I've found that for me to lose weight now that I'm in my 30's I really must measure everything and be pretty strict. I lost about 55 lbs on the Zone 10 years ago, maintained for about 7, and then quit smoking, got pregnant and voila--gotta lose...
