Monday Monday

Don't have much time today, so here it is short and sweet:

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, salad, blue cheese dressing
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: crockpot roast, green beans
S: 1/2 zone bar

I weighed myself this morning: 129.6 lbs. My own fault for making the choices I did.

I'm not feeling all that great today either but I suppose that is to be expected.

Weekend away

We went to visit my SIL this weekend and I forgot how much of a challenge it is to eat outside of the house when I'm doing this WOE. It probably wouldn't be so bad if I weren't so strict and measuring. In any case I don't think I did that bad. We went to Outback and I found a great chicken dish and had a green salad. Easy. And I had packed a cooler full of veggies, beef jerky and almonds so I had those for snacks. Having said that, I did have M&M's last night and I'm pretty sure I ate too much since I couldn't measure things.

I have no idea what I weigh but I still don't fit...

Nausea and FO

I upped my fish oil dosages for Tuesday and Wednesday and last night I had a headache. And I don't usually get headaches. Plus I was trying to do tax work and my brain was all foggy and unfocused (not good when dealing with people's money!), and I was yawning! So I've decided to go back to my previous dosage. Also this morning I felt nauseated when I woke up so I ate something real quick. I haven't felt like that since I was preggers! Just all around icky.

Anyway:
B1: 1/2 zone bar
B2: latte' and almonds
L: latte' and almonds
S: beef jerky, cucumbers,...

Happy Hump Day!

Wow! We finally closed on our rental property. Yay! Back in the days of eating unhealthy, I'm sure DH and I would have picked up a "celebratory dinner", aka crap! Of course this is the same as a "down dinner" when something goes wrong. In any case, we made it through without straying--even after DH came home with peanut M&M's. So happy with myself, especially when I got on the scale this morning--down to 127.4! About 4.4 lbs in nine days. I wouldn't mind if the weight loss was quicker, but I'm happy I don't feel tired at all and am able to schedule my days without...

Is it Friday yet?

Ho hum, I wish it were Friday. At least part of me does--as long as I got all of my work done and could relax. Of course now that I think about it, I'm not sure about relaxing this weekend either.

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken breast, salad, blue cheese dressing
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds (oops, didn't have the snack)
D: top sirloin, green beans (had more chicken breast, salad, cucumbers, almonds)
S: 1/2 zone bar
(Probably the other 1/2 of the bar too)

My menu certainly isn't varied I know. I basically have the same things...
