Gosh, I can't believe I've been without posting for so long. I had a great weekend, but it was not good for the eating. On to a new week! I didn't weigh myself because I don't think I want to know. I know after a few days of eating right I'll be back anyway. One good thing to keep me on track: my tummy is upset.

Don't really feel like eating much of anything, including junk.
Today:
B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, sugar snap peas, almonds
D: I don't know...shrimp and veggies?
S: 1/2 zone...
