I think I need some real, concrete goals. Let's see, how about my first goal is for my jeans to fit better? Aagh, the waistband is killing me. Anyway, maybe to lose 10 lbs by next quarter? That would be March 25th, 5 weeks from today. Okay, I can do that, that's only 2 lbs a week! I'll weigh in tomorrow since I haven't in soooo long.
B: latte' and almonds
S: several handfuls of peanuts
L: garlic shrimp and cucumbers
D: taco salad I think
S: 1/2 zone bar
I ate too many peanuts for a snack so I didn't add any fat in for lunch.
