Maintaining...

I guess it could be worse, I could be gaining. Plus I did have way too much coffee for the last two days AND had peanut M&M's! Aagh! Why do I do this?

B: latte' and almonds
L: latte' and peanuts
S: not hungry
D: not hungry
S: we'll see

I know I didn't eat enough but I just do not feel hungry. In fact I feel really full and am wondering if I drank too much water? Or maybe it's the psyllium husk powder--just started taking that too. I've been reading about it on these boards so I thought I'd give it a try. I don't mind it, just tastes...

Another new week

I often have difficulties on weekends but this weekend wasn't bad at all. I had too much coffee, but other than that not bad.

Today:
B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: shrimp and scallops, some kind of veggies
S: 1/2 zone bar

Down a couple of pounds! I have a few busy days and weeks ahead of me. But the quarter is almost over so I can see light at the end of the tunnel! And I can see the possibility of catching up on some sleep.

Thursday

Today is going well, just tired. Stayed up late last night doing a paper and work. Oh well, got it done and that's what counts.

Tonight is my show, Lost! Yay! My husband wants to have a "off diet" meal tonight and I'm trying to figure out how to do that and not totally gain about five pounds overnight. I'm thinking maybe just give an hour and call it good, that's helped in the past. I think that's a guideline from CAD maybe? I can't remember. One of my friends did quite a few years ago.

February is almost over!

How did it become the end of February already? Man, time flew. So let's see, I have 25 days to lose 8 pounds. That might be a little tight but I'm going to try!

B: latte' and almonds
L: latte'

I had packed a nice lunch today but didn't have time to eat it because of meetings. I ended up just grabbed a latte' and I didn't have fat to go with it so that was a bummer. Could have been worse I guess--can anyone say Snickers?

I made it back again

Yes! I made it back here two (or maybe three?) days in a row! I just discovered I wasn't getting the amount of milk that I thought in my latte--which means I wasn't getting the correct amount of protein. Aagh! Anyway, so I added a little extra protein in there with one of the latte's today and will do the same from now on when possible.

B: latte and almonds
L: latte, string cheese, peanuts
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: egg white omelette, veggies, almonds
S: 1/2 zone bar

I have big ol' project due Thursday that I'll be working on...
