Oh no.

I have had the most horrendous eating schedule the last few days. I haven't been getting the veggies in because I haven't been cutting them up to get them ready...I have just been grabbing whatever and running. So it's ended up I either eat way too much of crap or not enough for the day for about the last four days. I need to get back into it! Last night I tried to roast up my three chicken breasts for the week while I worked. I asked my husband to yell at me when the timer went off. Well, he didn't! So today I don't have my lunch and I will once again grab something. I did have time to grab a protein bar so that is good, but I really need to get back to veggies for most of my carbs (besides the daily latte').

I tried a sugar-free latte' while visiting my family this weekend and it was horrible! So glad to get back home and have my brand of sugar-free white chocolate. Plus I had forgotten my fish oil and multi's and those fish oil caps really seem to help me out! When I eat right and have those, I feel the best. If I don't, I feel so spacey.

I don't know what I weigh or what I'm eating today...so this is the best I can do:

B: latte and almonds
L: protein bar?
S: ?????
D: taco salad
S: ?????

I had a few busy days last week where I wasn't prepared food-wise. It definitely pays off to make a lunch and snack beforehand (especially if you are like me and get up at the last second in the morning!)
