Start a week!

Well, another busy weekend behind us. I'm looking forward to some quiet time during the next few weekends hopefully!

B: latte' and almonds
L: green peppers, tuna, hummus, almonds
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: taco salad

Have to remember to stop and get salad at the store today!

I can't believe it's Thursday already! I had a piece of ice cream cake with my DD who turned 2 years old this weekend, but other than that not doing too bad. I really don't feel like I'm losing very much though! Aagh.

I don't know what to do because I've been trying to eat more. I had been wondering if I've been eating enough, so I ate on a schedule whether I was hungry or not, but now I haven't been losing weight...Then I think about the studies that have come out recently that talk about living longer because of less food consumption...

Here's my question: what...

I finished up the quarter! Don't think I'm going to make my goal of losing 10 lbs by the beginning of next quarter. Sorta depressing that it takes me so long to lose weight. Guess that means that it likes me so much it doesn't want to leave. I feel a little smaller around the waist but I don't know if that's wishful thinking or what.

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken breast, cucumbers, green peppers
S: beef jerky, some veggie, almonds
D: taco salad maybe?

Kinda hungry today

Well, I felt a hunger pang for the first time in a few days. Not starving but not full. I waited it out though and stayed on plan...so far so good! Just had lunch and man, that husband of mine can cook a mean batch of garlic shrimp! Still taking psyllium husk powder three times a day, along with FO and MV. This is finals week and then I'm done for the quarter! Next week I'm taking a day off to catch up on Tivo--no DH, no DD, just me and the couch.

Not hungry...

Ah, the last day of the weekend. I actually did okay this weekend but I haven't felt hungry or even had an appetite. It may have something to do with the psyllium husk powder I've been trying. I am very happy with the regularity results from that btw. I've been working on whether or not to eat if I'm not hungry each day. On Friday I just didn't eat if I wasn't hungry but Saturday I ate by 6 hours. That seemed to go pretty well so I'm doing that again today.

I'm not sure how accurate this is going to be, but I'll edit later if need be.
