Day 3

Man I love the weekdays. I have such carb control Monday through Friday, no problems. I stay so busy I just pack my food for the day and go, so there is no worries. My problem is exercising during the week. I am on the go with my job or sitting around doing nothing. Both of those activities can be extremely exhausting, well today I said I don't think so. I put on my heart rate monitor,cursing the workout gods the whole time, unmotivated and bored. That's it I didn't want to work out I told my self like a petulant child. I went to pee on a keto stix, eeks!!!!!! I still wasn't in ketosis! All of the sudden I had motivation. One of the main things people I think conviently forget about is exercising. Yes you can lose weight while eating LC, but it still doesn't make you healthy, every doctor I know stresses exercise. Why do we fight whats good for us so much? I began my work out (P90X Plyometrics), it was my first time doing it and wow, it was FUN. It reminded me of my childhood, jumping rope, hop scotch, and as soon as I thought of that it became even more fun because I thought OH MY GOD, I will be able to do this stuff with my future children. It will be great. It was so easy, and after the workout I checked my heart rate monitor which also figures out how many calories you burn and guess how many I burned? 945. Not a bad Monday, not bad at all.
