Biggest Loser Family Style - October 13

I just noticed that we have this blog feature. Cool! I like this better than the journal - it's easier to get to. I hope it stays.
Our family is in the middle of a Biggest Loser Competition. I do so much better when I have support from other people. We are each following our own WOE and each week the person with the highest percentage of weight loss gets a small prize. They also purchase a small prize for the next week's winner. We have each put a prize in a sealed envelope for the winner of the highest percentage of total weight loss on January 1.

Hello I'm new to the site but this is my third time trying the low cab woe. I will be going strong for two whole weeks on Tuesday Oct. 16th and I am down 10 pounds already!! Yeah
