I am back for a Healthy life style!! 2 years ago I was in great shape, felt great about myself and my eating habits. Married a WONDERFUL Man. 2 years ago I was on Atkins!

Then I stopped ...why??? I don't really know.

So I quit smoking a year and a half ago. Left my job of 9 years to start my own Child Care BUT I ADDED 60 lbs!!! Can I blam this on quiting smoking or my UNhealthy eating habits! Okay I'll say both
