I am back for a Healthy life style!! 2 years ago I was in great shape, felt great about myself and my eating habits. Married a WONDERFUL Man
. 2 years ago I was on Atkins! 
Then I stopped
...why??? I don't really know
.
So I quit smoking a year and a half ago
. Left my job of 9 years to start my own Child Care
BUT I ADDED 60 lbs!!! Can I blam this on quiting smoking or my UNhealthy eating habits! Okay I'll say both

Starting weight:169
Current weight: 154....tried WW then switched to Atkins. Now on 1st day of 2nd wk of Induction.
Goal:125lbs or where I feel comfortable![/COLOR][/B]

Welcome back! I am in the same boat (though I did not start a daycare). This diet ROCKS! I too gained back about 30 lbs over the course of 3 years. I am still below my original start weight as well, but also question why I opted for eating refined sugar products again. This time I plan to pay more attention to the OWL phase. I wish you the best! Also, way to kick the smoking habit!

Thank YouHuff 576 Thank you for a Hello!! Smoke free for a year and a half now
 I have a 9yrs old that would strangle me if I start again...I am happy to be eating Healthy again! I do hope I was okay with the Fajitas I ate today...no torts but w/sour cream. I love LCF...the recipes will defiantly keep me going...there are so many and the ones I've tried have been great. |
