Motivated Monday!

Weekend- stayed on track... no cheats... but I just ate too much in general and also ate an artichoke with tons of mayo at like 11pm.... so I am up 1 pound to 190. Blech. I really want to get this weight off NOW... and I am being very good... if I could just quit on the night-eating. Trying not to be too hard on myself... I also want to enjoy life!
That being said....
The gym closes early on the weekends so I was supermotivated to get a workout today. I did a strength training class (1 hour) and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I almost always lose a half pound or more on the days that I workout... so I need to make sure I workout everyday.
Slow and Steady wins the race, right?
