I'm not into the blogging for this 2nd round of Biggest Loser as I was for the first.
Some comments from this week:
Ate too many calories and taking bites of high carb food.
Peanuts are addictive.
Terrible tummy trouble after eating so many nuts. When I eat to many calories or carbs, I get cramping the next day. It passes quickly though.
Exercise has been good. Adding stretching is helping with flexibility. Added jogging to see if I can do it. Not easy, but I'm jogging 10 minutes a mile. Only doing 1 mile. Don't want to hurt my knees.
