Okay, just a continued peptalk to Me... today is Wednesday, and I'm doing well sticking with the program... I even had my boss beg me to eat chocolate candy and I didn't budge (or cry or whine or punch his teeth out)... so my prayers for an Atkins Angel to watch over me must be working. Thank you, God, for helping me... I couldn't do it without you...

Okay, so here I am. I went to the doctor's office yesterday and weighed in at 211... my highest weight ever. I guess at this point there's a fork in the road (and I shouldn't grab it and eat something) to which I need to pay really close attention. I can continue to live as I am - and I guess eventually my skin will split and I'll have to be naked because no clothes will fit. Or, I can return to Atkins - which 7 years ago took me to a size 8. Seems impossible in retrospect... why didn't I stay that size?!?! Oh, well, enough of the whys and buts and wishes... like my friend says,...
